Overview
Pseudoindoxyl tablets contain mitragynine pseudoindoxyl (M-P), a semi-synthetic compound made from the kratom plant (Mitragyna speciosa). It acts on opioid receptors in the brain, producing strong effects similar to traditional opioids.
M-P is not naturally found in the kratom leaf.
It is produced from 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH), which comes from mitragynine, kratom’s main active alkaloid.
The compound is chemically modified to increase potency.
Marketed for relaxation, stress relief, pain or discomfort relief, focus, and mood enhancement.
Often sold as chewable or swallowable tablets, sometimes flavored.
Promoted as an “advanced alkaloid” or “enhanced kratom,” but it is not the same as natural kratom.
M-P is significantly stronger than mitragynine and even more potent than morphine.
A small dose can produce strong effects.
